The Catholic Church's Rite of Christian Initiation adapted for Teens (RCIT) program is designed to bring teens fully into the Catholic Church. The curriculum of the program is meant to build the formation of the candidates and prepare them to receive any or all of the Sacraments of Initiation for the Catholic Church. The Sacraments of Initiation consist of Baptism, Holy Eucharist, and Confirmation.

Our program here at JDW is either a one or two-year program, which is based on which Sacraments the teen has received and the amount of catechesis they have received at the time of entering our program.

This preparation will be a fruitful, yet challenging time for our teens to examine the place of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit in their lives.
